Need help with "Brother from Another Mother" (Aetherometer?)

RESOLVED: Turns out I confused one quest for another, derp, please ignore me and delete this topic if an Admin sees this

I can't seem to get the quest to unlock Monk "Brother from Another Mother."

I finally hit level 30 on Pugilist, got 15 on Lancer, I'm on my way to get the quest and... no one's giving it to me. I went to the Pugilist guild, I know exactly who to talk to, Gagaruna, I did both quests I needed to do "Return of the Holyfist" and "Sylph-management" but nothing...

Then I look it up online and... I need a Aetherometer? What the heck is an Aetherometer???

I don't have it in my key items, it's unsellable so I didn't accidentally sell it, what did I forget? Where is this Aetherometer? Nothing online has told me yet where it's suppose to come from.

I know I probably sound stupid asking what this is but I'm stumped. Please someone tell me what I'm suppose to do, I'm going crazy.

EDIT: And my profile is wrong, or hasn't updated yet, I'm not Level 29, I'm Level 30.
