Support notification keeps flashing after closing down answered issue

Steps:
- Sent a report using the in-game feature to do so.
- Short after I received a response (21/01/2015 4558932 Regarding Your Inquiry)
- I opened it through Support and Information menu (Information > Recent Replies & Notices), read it and then I hit the Close button.
- I accepted the pop-up window asking me to Close the issue or Cancel current selection (so I hit "Close issue).
- I accepted next window by clicking on "Yes" button.
- Support notification displayed on UI keeps flashing and refuses to disappear, even if I log off and log back in.
NOTE: I've closed every single notification on Recent Replies & Notices and on History tab, but to no avail. I've closed several issues before patch 2.5 with no problem at all.
