Unable to Turn in World of Darkness Quest

After finishing World of Darkness, I was watching the cutscene. Before I finished watching it, my party member started a levequest and I was booted out of the cutscene. The step I was on in World of Darkness still said to use the duty finder, so we ran the raid again. This time the cutscene didn't play at all, and I still didn't advance in the quest. My settings are to skip scenario cutscenes after I've watched them once.

Update: I turned the scenario cutscenes back on, but the cutscene didn't play. However, I was in Limsa Lominsa at the time. When I later teleported to Mor Dhona, the cutscene began playing as soon as the area loaded. After I skipped the cutscene, the quest updated.
