How much str should I have?

As a warrior, aiming for roughly ilv 120, not progression pushing Coil but planning on primal extremes, how much str accessories should I typically have? Or should I stick with VIT?

As much as possible. The real question you want to ask is "What is the least amount of VIT I need?" If you're not doing Coil, you'll be fine with all 30 attribute points in STR and all STR accessories.

Stack as much STR as you want if you're not FCoB progression. Hell, even if you are... you can get away with it. I'm always wearing 2 pieces of STR jewellery in T13 for some extra DPS. :)

If you are not doing coil then anything over 10k hp in defiance is more than enough. I don't even use vit accessories anymore unless I'm in coil. Take as much str as you can. But apparently fcob only needs about 10800 hp to be able to clear it 'comfortably' and anything over it is just safety.
