LF BRD for weekly FCoB progression

We are a progression static within the fc <Fairy Tail>. Our raid times are posted below. This is a serious static. We enjoy having fun outside of raid, but try our best to utilize the 9 hours we get per week to push content hard. Attendance is of the utmost importance. You must be willing to communicate if you aren't going to make raid time. We require every team member to do their research on their respective classes and fights. Must be able to take constructive criticism. Must be willing to come to raid prepared with food/pots. We are progressing on Turn 13 at the moment.

LF bard that is at least a ilvl120+. Must be to Turn 11, preferably T12. Player will need minimum Magitek Bow OR relic and all BiS poetic pieces.

Teamspeak is mandatory. Mic is optional, though highly preferred.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8-11 PM Central Time / 6-9 PM Pacific Time
Wednesday OR Thursdays are reserved for clearing farm content
Mondays if we get sub 10%

Yes, I'm looking for a strong player. We are currently progressing on T13, second set of db/twin add phase.

I would consider transferring servers to join but would like to speak with you in game i'll keep checking tonight when i get home from work to see if i can catch you. I have an alt already on this server that i can talk with. ^^
