SMN \ SCH - Stats and items

Its rather annoying to have to buy the stat changing thing every time you switch. Also a bit un-balanced.

So i thought of a solution. Its not a major change.

Add SCH to all caster dps gear.
Add SMN to all healer gear.

Change Cleric stance to include SMN.

This will allow SCH/SMN to use the same set and spec at a reduced ability but still with in appropriate level to assist a team.

This would still be a lessed ability to respecing as the acc of healing gear is not as good as dps and the dps gear doesnt have the same piety or determination.

This also requires the SMN to get a skill that is not normal to take as a dps.

I believe this will not unbalance the classes and will require minimal effort to implement.

This would allow SCH to help as a SMN in their highest gear but not beable to compete in the same tier as their primary roll and visa versa.

Would require testing.
