I tip my hat for you SE!
I would just like to say thanks you for the lastest MSQ trial fight. For a MSQ fight I found it far more challenging than any of the stuff before it and I found it to be a very fun fight and when we finally kicked his ass (wont spoil it for those who have yet to get that far) it felt great! Please keep up the good work, harder fights are what the story quests in this game needs! Again, TYVM! :D

I agree =) Once I unlocked the duty roulette I ended up there again and it was so fun, wonder if a hard/extreme mode will pop out ^^

All the fights I've done so far this patch have been a lot of fun. I especially liked the last boss in "Keeper of the Lake." I also found it quite amusing how some of the mechanics in WoD are lighter versions of mechanics that were in SCOB, as well as new mechanics like the ones on Cerberus. I greatly enjoyed the increased difficulty of the newer content.
One other thing I would like to thank the team for is having a new dungeon set.
The FFXIV team did a great job with this patch.

I was with a full group of JP players who were doing it for the first time when I did it. It was chaos. We wiped three times and every time everyone was scrambling about during... well I'm sure you know which parts. As one of the healers it was kinda frustrating during those parts but entertaining none-the-less lol.

Agreed OP, the new MSQ fights were awesome. WoD was awesome (and challenging) And like Dejavutwo said, I am extremely happy they added another i100 set to the new HM dungeons. I just got my hands on the Caster body during AK Hm and I couldnt be happier with it. It may not rival the soldiery body, but it definitely looks cool! (Better than a tutu with my tail crammed in it anyways...)
Also, that WP HM last boss victory cutscene.... XD

I can definitely say that 2.5's fights are much more engaging than previous patches - even though the fights aren't considered extreme they're not faceroll either. That MSQ fight though...2 minute long sprint {Yes, please.} (Also had an 11 minute rez sickness, lol)
The Hildibrand quest line for 2.5 was, in my opinion, also much, much better than previous iterations. (Godbert, and a certain other character who shall be unnamed for spoilers OP)

Main story didn't seem that tough.
The normal Odin battle however was pretty good. Really nice balance of challenge while still being something you can pug. After Titan, which was probably too hard, they really dumbed it down for primal fights. Odin was a step in the right direction.

It was brutal for me, unfortunately. We literally used up the ENTIRE timer and finally beat it with like 5 minutes to spare. X_x
That being said, it was a really fun and challenging fight. They definitely didn't make everything faceroll-easy this patch which is kinda nice.
