White screen?

Hi,

When I start this game on the PS4 it checks the launcher version, the music starts and then just a white screen with the pointer(which I can move) nothing else happens. I only started playing this game again 3 or 4 days ago and its happened on 2 evenings so far.

After around 5mins or so it comes up with a fail code and says it couldn't connect to the internet with "suggested actions" and "ok" as possible responses. Clicking ok just starts the process again. I am connected to the internet though!

Any help?

Is this technical support not manned? What is the point of this forum?
