Queue not popping for frontline/frountline roulette?

The thing I was the most hyped for this patch was FL slaughter. However, I have been in queue since I logged on around 2 hours ago and still no pop. The longest I waited at once was an hour for slaughter only, and I have been in and out of ~10 min queue waiting for something.
Now I am queued for frontline roulette and it has been almost 30 minutes with nothing. People in my PvP linkshell keep saying they have instant queues for frontlines slaughter today.

I have in-progress selected and the english language selected, and have tried relogging.

Does anyone know how to fix this queue? It has to be broken for me if everyone else in my LS is getting instant queues multiple times. I have not even seen slaughter yet and was so excited :<
