Primal Fear

Okay so I'm trying to unlock the new Odin fight and according to my quest log, I haven't completed the quest "Primal Fear". The only prereq's for the quest I can find online is "The Black Wolf's Ultimatum", and I have completed that a long time ago and still no "Primal Fear" quest is unlocked. In case there was a bug somewhere I went ahead and checked for all the other quests leading up to "Fear and Odin in the Shroud" and have found nothing. I have unlocked all 3 new dungeons from patch 2.5 and still nothing. Does anyone know what I may be missing here?

So the only possibly issue here I can think of is that I turned in the quest "Primal Fear" to Lewin at the "First seat of the Bow" in Old Gridania and left the area before picking up the next quest, locking myself out. I submitted a ticket. Will update when resolved in case anyone else runs it this problem.

If you talk to an NPC in the archer's guild, you can be let back in.

Okay so for the most part this wasn't an issue at all, all I needed to do was talk to the npc "Gods' Quiver Bow" leading into the area with Lewin. Habitually I was looking for a quest symbol on the map of some sort, and since there is nothing that states anything about speaking to this npc "Gods' Quiver Bow" so the confusion become real. Was real simple anyways, and at the same time, not.

I don't think they anticipated anyone leaving without accepting the next quest.
