[Coeurl Lottery] - How will it work? Video Test.

Hey guys,
This is a test and also a demo of how the lottery will work and what is the process of choosing the winners. We separated this into it's own thread in case you (the community) want to discuss the method or have any suggestions on how to improve it.

Details on the drawing:

- The drawing will be livestreamed through: http://www.twitch.tv/draken3x
- Ticket sales will be closed on Saturday the 24th at 5:00pm EST / 2:00 PST
- The drawing will take place at 8:00pm EST / 5:00 PST
- The video of the drawing, as well as the winners will be posted on the forums with the amount each winner won.
- All winners will also be contacted in game - Video of the money trade will also be taken for reference sake.


Specifics of the drawing:
- We will go over the full money pot, tickets sold and how much each winner will get.
- As per our video, 3 winners will be chosen. If a winner comes up that already won we will roll again. (Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qk94qWzU5_s )
- After the stream ends we will highlight the drawing but also link to the full video in case anyone wants to watch it (which will also include the verification of tickets sold and the verification that each name has input the correct amount of times).
