Archer: Swiftsong

When or why is this needed?
Cannot be used during combat so it won't counteract "heavy" effect, and once used it goes away when enmity is generated so again no shooting anything...

How is Swiftsong intended to be used?

I use it between pulls- and when i walk around the cities

i use it more often then not in CT/ST its a long run between battles it makes it a tiny bit quicker lol

When u wipe and gotta run back to boss and CT. It's more or less useless fluff.

i usually cast them inbetween pulls.

What level do you get this ability?

If I am playing Gladiator is it possible to put them ability on my bar just to have better movement speed?

Its a lvl 22 Arch/Bard song. Its not a cross skill so you would need to be a arch/Bard to use it.
