Private individual housing switched to FC?

I'm preparing to buy a plot of land but my FC is one rank away from having housing... so I was wondering, If I purchased this PI for myself can I switch it over to our FC housing after we reach the needed rank?

ATM, that is not possible to switch the ownership of the house.
Currently FC house must be purchased by the FC from the system directly.

So is there a way to sell the plot to another player?

Since the ownership is not transferrable atm,
ppl selling plots of land by:
1. seller forfeits the land, the land returns to the system
2. buyer immediately purchases the land from the system at system initial price

If the land belongs to a FC, some ppl selling the ownership of the FC instead,
and this is the only way to transfer the ownership of a house atm.
