For Crafters: Chance to HQ calculator

I made a really simple tool to calculate HQ chance, based off of Mogg Fanatic's data (of almost ten thousand samples).

Seems... off? somehow to me.

Ive got HQ2s at 65 quality, and HQ3 at ~175 quality before... but the calculator shows a flat 0% for those values. (though those lower quality numbers were on offhand synths)

Or is that just a calculator for touch ups?

I'm sure its close to right but showing 0% when theres somewhat of a chance just seems a bit peculiar to me.

there is always a chance no matter how slight it may be for that higher tier of HQ
but at such low quality, its so low you may see it one in a million times so it might as well be 0%
