Suggestion for Free Company Buffs

This post is a two parter because It breaks the word limit.

Lately in my FC we have been getting very lax in issuing our Buffs around the same time every day, not every person can devote themselves to being on at the time of switching all the time. We could just kill the buffs halfway if they run into another days but that seems like such a waste.

So my proposition is to give us the ability to schedule or queue buffs up.

Some Ideas,

When two buffs are active, if more are purchased, giving us the option to click on them and "queue" them up would make the first buff to wear be replaced by the next one listed in the queue, allowing only two buffs to be in queue would effectively give us the breathing room of 1 day to get around to purchasing more and but keeping the time the same time everyday. Also in the event a buff is canceled, just have it auto remove all buffs in queue, complete with that confirmation window of "are you sure?"

Another option would be to allow people to assign the time for buffs already purchased to be applied and have it overwrite the current buffs regardless of its duration, but have it be prioritized by duration or order from a list. Canceling a buff and manually activating a buff would not effect the timers unless it was one of the buffs set on a time. In the case of it being a buff not on a timer, it would simply activate and be removed when the next timer(s) activated if any. If it was a buff that was already on a timer, it would just activate and remove its timer setting(effectively assuming direct control).

I think these are reasonable ideas, and I would love additional input from the community. I think this kind of system would be within the ability of the development team and would not be much server load, and a tiny bit of data if they go with the queue option.

Why not just make them passive? None of them are really huge. None of them would be game breaking if they were working 24/7.

A FC action queue wouldn't hurt. Would help folks know which buffs would be up what days, if yall schedule them.

Except being in an FC where you do not have enough people to have someone online every 24 hours would you not use FC actions when people are online?

If you really want FC actions active you can always give more people in your FC permission to activate the actions.
