An alchemist (or a chemist) would be able to take it apart, dissolve it or alter its state using chemicals solution, chemicals and whatnot.
Actually the definition of breaking includes changing the state of an object, so in that sense it should be impossible to desynthesize as well. Still, we alchemists are a unique sort and we'll always find a way to break the unbreakable. For our next trick we'll start making swords out of invulnerable clamshells...
Unless they change its name to Undesynthesizable Rock I see no problem here.
