Select all languages in your duty finder I'm guessing that's why it's taking so long
I run into the same problem with my DPS Class. Currently building up my Maruder class level so I can run the dungeon I'm stuck on as a Tank instead. Also building up a healer for 'adventurer in need' rewards.
If you add me as a friend on FFXIV I'll run dungeons with you on Valfore using whatever's needed to compliment the party :)
