Server restrictions

Hello, I'm trying to create character on Moogle server for one week already. Even while list from this link said is possible to create character there I still can't create my toon: http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...23e07acb3d22f6

Any advice for new player? Sorry for my english, it's not my primary language.

unfortunately that list is only accurate pretty much only on the hr it is updated. The best times to try is really early in the mornings like 3am or so.

Make your character, save it and the next time is open can just load the character and done.
