Alchemy recruiting a PLD tank for static (T12 Down)

Firstly, hello and thanks for clicking!
Our fc name is <Alchemy> we are a small FC (18 members currently) 1 raid team working on T13 clear.

Our Main tank (Paladin) is going to be quitting the game on or before the 12th of Febuary 2015.

Key points

Raid times: 19:30 - 21:30 GMT
Raid days: Vary but we aim for 4 days a week
Team Speak + Mic required
Able to speak and understand English
Willingness to learn fights
Willingness to gear up independantly ( Poetics, Crystal tower etc)
Willingness to contribute stratergy / feedback
Not planning to quit the game anyime soon ;)
T12 kill XP would be a Bonus (Phase 3 xp is a must)

Having a DPS class well geared would be an advantage
