Regarding Triple Triad.

(Especially since adding Fat Chocobo's theme was fantastic of you guys)

I think you are the first one asking the same question like me. While wondering what rules they will add, my biggest question is this theme lol. XD

my biggest question is how are decks decided.

TT is a very simple game get the best non element cards (so anything elemental doesn't affect them)
then hide the low stats in corners and laugh as you own all players.

so my question is how do you make the game not a cheese fest?

seeing how there is a good chance there will be a best set cards to have and it will be no fun.

Isn't that what the Plus and Same rules are for? If those are thrown into the mix, having the biggest numbers means nothing. Assuming those rules are actually incorporated into the game.

I don't see how they could get away with calling this Triple Triad without Plus and Same. But for the love of Rhalgr restrict the implementation of the Random rule!

Yep, definitely needs the music. It's just not the same without it IMO.

technically speaking yes but if we are using cards that are triple max stat then one low stat (like player cards from FF8) you have to have a card with at least 1 max stat in the right spot to hit it and if you say have a 1 max stat 3 not max stat card vs a player with all triple max stat 1 low stat cards you are highly at a disadvantage and likely to lose when they hide the low stat.

unless they make the cards undiscardable this is easily avoided by removing all useless cards that are not the *best* set.

my worries could be pointless and the game be balanced just fine, but until 2.51 guess we will have to just wait and see.

Whether they do implement it to the game or not, I'll be listening to it one way or another.
