For quite a while now, my FFXIV updater just hasn't worked. It won't download the latest patches. Usually I solve the problem by downloading a torrent version of the file and putting it in the correct folder, forcing the game to update. (I know nothing about computers, so this is quite a feat for me)
I have been unable to find a working torrent for this patch. Is there any way someone could transfer the file the old-fashioned way? I'm tired of this seeds and peers nonsense.

I also am having the same issue. Seached every were for a Torrent or just the file its self. No luck. The PnP Downloader does not work at all. Tried every trick i can find on the net. NADA!! Any help im sure many would be greatful. Or hell just one person seed it for an hour. TY
Currently having the same issue. Cant do torrents since im on a university campus but if someone could post the file so we may download it would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda glad to see im not the only one having this problem
As soon as we post a link to the file, SE deletes the thread. We can try and help fix, but need more than "doesn't work."
I'm having the same issue as above (University internet doesn't allow auto-updater to work)
So there is no other way to get the patch other than the auto updater, FFXIV doesn't upload manual patches?

Even if the patch doesn't download, the torrent file should be there.
