Turn 10 loot lost

Issue: after my coil team had completed the fight we opened both chests to view our loot the striking headpiece dropped along with the scout boots, we then rolled on the items as im the only monk I rolled need and got a 15 and passed on the boots, before the loot could be given out/ the rest of my group could roll the entire instance crashed and the 5 of us still in there were removed from the game, after many attempts to log back in we were all stood in northern thanalan, none of the loot had been given out but all of our members are now locked out of t10, im asking if its possible to have the headpiece returned to me, im sure there must be a way to check back through the data and see what happened,

if the headpiece landed in your inventory, then it would be possible to get it back. if the server downtime happened before it was given tho, then that sucks, because SE doesnt do item recovery for things that were not actually in your inventory at one point.
