I cant unlock Dragoon Mdr30 Lnc35 quests complete Pgl15

You need gladiator (Ul'dah) 15 mate.

have you completed the main story quest that had the dungeon totoraktotorak(level 24-27)? you need to complete that main story quest before you're allowed to unlock any jobs.
