"Archmage" Title still not available

Steps:
1. Received "Mastering Magic" Achievement.
2. Completed all DoM class/job quests.
3. Talked to Jonathas.
4. Title still not received.

A Legacy character that had 50 THM and 50 CNJ in version 1.0. But, I haven't been able to receive this title at all. I have petitioned this before and yet still nothing.
