NPC missing for Ninja Job quest 50

Ive just recently hit lvl 50 with my first character. I went back to the store house to do my lvl 50 job quest for the ninja but the trainer (oboro) npc is missing altogether. 20,26 is where he is supposed to be and while in the store house i can see ppl interact with him but it doesnt show in my text box like it normally would (poking or cheering him on, ect ect). i cant click on where he should be nor does it help to switch computers. its been this way for about a week now and i cant advance my ninja until this is fixed.

did you do both of the level 45 quests? the second is at Oboro - Middle La Noscea (x17,y7)

Thats what it was, it was listed as being completed and i remember doing it. But yeah something must of happened and he was there and i had to redo the quest. Thanks i never would of thought to of gone back there :)
