[Suggestion] Additional ways to view the party list, highlighted character.

QoL here.

Id like to see additional options with the Party display:

- Instead of highlighting, it'd be nice if the targeted player line would grow by x%.
- Ability to break up the block of names (have a 2x2 or 4x4 layout, for instance).
- Ability to see if other people in you party are targeted by other players in your party, passively. Already suggested here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Healing-Assist
- Ability to hide player names, and/or only show when targeted.
- Ability to change the style of block for selection so the targeted player is on top of the list (useful for cyclers vs. selective healers)
