Sorry in advance if this isnt the right place to post this. I'm trying to make a character on Odin but it's not allowing characters on there at the moment, but the website says the restriction has been lifted on that server?
Kinda confussed as to why the game is saying one thing and the website is saying another >.<
The websit is only a snapshot at those particular times. Character creation availability refreshes dynamically based off current logged in users for any given server.

Try in the morning most world are open at the time :)
Yes, most servers open in the early mornings, although a couple of the really packed ones barely ever open - Excalibur is (in)famous for being so packed that it only opens in the wee hours of weekday morning.
If you can't roll immediately, try again during off-hours, especially early morning, it'll work then.
