Can't level up past 20

I have a arcanist who i have just got to level 20 but i can't go any further then that. I was originally playing with the trial edition of the game but my friend gifted me the full version of the game. and everything is alright i got access to all the different things i couldn't do on the trial but i still can't get exp. I have tried killing monsters, doing different FATE's as well as missions and when i leveled up to 20 half way through a dungeon i wasn't getting exp there either. so if anyone can tell me how to fix this please help me out i really dont want to redo everything again.

Hmm, that's odd, if you've upgraded the game to the full version it should automatically remove those restrictions. Have you set up a subscription method in the Mogstation? If not, then the game probably has not recognized you upgrading to the full version, meaning it must take this information based on subscription status. Good to hear that that worked, but it still seems wrong.

Purchase of the game comes with 30 days worth of full subscription access. It shouldn't have required setting up a continuation of that subscription until the 30 included days were over. I know I got one of my characters up to level 29 before setting up a subscription method, though that was on an account that had never been a free trial (as the free trial program didn't exist yet at the time). Once you convert your free trial account to a full account with the game purchase, it should act like accounts that were initially created with a purchased game. If it doesn't, then there's a bug in that process somewhere.
