It's a refrence to Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The Knights Who Say NI! are a group of kights that do just what their name says. They say NI!! Here's a link to help you out.

And I think it'd be cooler to have a quest named "Bah, tis a fleash wound" since Dark Knights typically have skills that cost them their own HP.
