Wedding Rewards Missing after Ceremony Ends.

After concluding my Ceremony of Eternal Bonding around the time designated above, I noticed that I had not received the Two Person Chocobo Mount or the Eternity Ring with the Anniversary Date on it. The quest in my Duty list still tells me that I need to complete the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding but I cannot go back in and my blank invitations have disappeared but i still have my Promise of Passion Wristlet. The person that I got bonded to received their items from the ceremony as well as being able to complete the quest. I'm a bit stumped here as to how I solve this. I really just want to have my items.
