Personal housing + Marriage = Issue I'm having.

Maybe I'm complaining about something that isn't much of an issue in the grand scheme of things but why is it that my personal house isn't treated as my wife's house as well since we're married in game (And out of game. I double dealed ladies and gentlemen.) It just kind of sucks that we aren't able to decorate the area together and interact with everything.

Are there any plans to change this in the future?

i hope so, there are lots of changes to Personal Housing that needs to be done though.

In terms of personal housing, this will give those who got married in game a slight advantage over those that don't wish to get married in game for housing, 1 person gathering the gil as opposed to 2 people doing it, would you call that fair with something that has a bit of availability issues for housing.

Yes, it's fair. You purchased the house, so you should be able to allow your Eternally Bound other to teleport there.

They did say that this something thats pretty easy to do, but they're worried about divorce issues (I mean if you think about it its pretty easy to prevent but there's always THAT guy/girl/person.) so it'll come down to demand. If enough people want it, it'll probably happen.

Well it was a very popular question in the thread for questions for the last live letter, plus it had lots of up votes. Well they didn't answer the question.
They did say how ever the people who work on housing are working on gold saucer right now.
Maybe once that is done they can get back to housing.
Housing has so much potential but you can not even have any extra storage right now or a armoire in there.

Actually there's a craftable armoire now that you can put in your house. As for extra storage... That's what retainers are for, sadly. Also accessible from your house via a summoning bell.

I am talking about the Armoire that is in the inn.. There is no reason that could not be put in your house.

This. I think this feature is too easy to abuse by trolls. I assume your wife wouldn't troll you, but I can just see all the posts in the forums now from people complaining that the person they married is ruining their house lol.
