Fortified Iron Ornamental Hammer

I believe the goldsmithing R32 tool got it's name wrong. If you look at the ingredients for making it, it suggests the name should be Fortified Iron Chaser Hammer:
-Iron Nails
-Iron Chaser Hammer Head
-Oak Hammer Grip

Also, the R42 tool is named Iron Ornamental Hammer, so how come the fortified version is weaker? :confused:
