New player here I suppose

Greetings all. No real questions, just wanted to say hi really. Currently in my first free 30 days after purchasing the game since I was going hardcore in it from the free trial and loved it. I'm a level 31 Ninja and liking the class. Pretty much have most of the other classes around level 15 as well.

It's been a pretty fun experience in the game so far. Not a whole lot of talking in dungeons for some reason. Come on it's a low level dungeon, where's the "Wheeee haha lets have fun~" mentality? Ah well, different strokes for different folks I suppose.

Anyway, if anyone ever wants to do something together, I'm Aeon Genesis on the Diablos server.

In regards to people not talking during dungeons, I find it's simply impossible to chat much, if at all, as how the controls are set up I have to use the keyboard to run and access the hotbar - selecting the chat window at the same time is very difficult, which as my main Job is a tank, naturally I'm more worried about keeping everyone alive than just sitting there chewing the fat, hence I'm usually silent most of the time. I've also heard a lot of players prefer to chat while in dungeons vocally via a third party voicechat application like Skype or TeamSpeak for this reason. It's not that people are being deliberately antisocial in dungeons, it's just not really suitable to spend time just chatting due to how the game is designed sadly.

Yeah I get that, but it'd be nice if everyone said hi when the dungeon first starts. Oh well, doesn't bother me that much. Thanks for the welcome :)
