The Moogle Attire bonus item code was delivered to your Twitch message inbox with instructions on how to redeem the code (Please note that the code/instructions are not sent via email).
Please check there and follow the instructions on redeeming the code and your items will be delivered via Moogle delivery the next time you log in!

Don't want to beat a dead horse, but I did subscribe to the Vegas Fan Fest (premium), but no message (with code) in my Twitch account. I’m also waiting on a reply from them, asking the same question.
Where do I go from here?
