Steps:
a)
1. Characters affected: Etone Greennote and Vond Satterly
2. Date when you had your appointment: January 01 2015 5pm pacific time
3. Type of wedding ceremony purchased : Platinum service
4. both characters had wrist bands with the other's name on it. And were equipped at the time.
5. the items were already purchased when we stared the quest (I bought both)
6. neither one of us were able to complete the quest.

b)
1. initiated eternal bond ceremony.
2. finished eternal bond ceremony.
3. was not given credit for the completion of ceremony and there for unable to hand in quest and receive items.
4. GM Sleidche instructed me to make a post here as this is a known issue
