Toto-Rak - Early Kick Out?

Hello, I was running the Toto-Rak dungeon with 3 fellow LS members tonight. We ran it once with no issues. Killed the last boss, had 1 gold chest and 3 or 4 others spawn with unique gear. It gave us 90 seconds then kicked us out. We went back in again just for fun (first had a quest, 2nd time that quest was completed but not turned in). After killing the final boss there was a message in the chat log saying "Now exiting Toto-Rak" and immediately after that, another message saying we had 3 minutes to go. There was one gold chest that spawned, but it disappeared after a second (not sure if someone clicked it or not) and we did not get a message saying anyone received anything. Also, my loot which had been being filled the whole run disappeared after killing the boss and did not go into my inventory.

We also had a member who kept getting stuck behind an invisible wall at the entrance to one of the cross-ways and was not able to continue with us down one leg of the dungeon (we were able to back-track and pick him up for the boss which he could get to thankfully). This happened both times.

Are these known issues?

I could smell the default "one size fits all" copy/paste response from an admin, coming from a mile away lol. At least you could personalise it, much of it is of no relevance to the issues alice is having!

Alice, the "now exitting Toto-Rak" is what u see when someone clicks the centre of the unlocking device (blue swirly thing), so i expect thats what happened there and unfortunately as you didnt open the chests and pool the loot, its gone for good now ; ;

As far as why your loot dissapeared on exit, i dont have an answer for that one sorry, seems weird.

Ive heard of the issue of people getting stuck on a gate that others can get through after unlocking. The work around seems to be to run a long way back towards the beginning to try to refresh the glitched area that loaded, or try to "return" then run back to your group (this may be more effective and quicker but i cant confirm this as ive not had the issue myself)

I understand that it may seem like an excessive amount of information to ask for, and I can see how it seems to be the standard form that is constantly pasted in these types of threads, but I can assure you, all the details that you provide goes a long way in helping us try to test these types of situations. Without these vital pieces of information, it would be a very difficult task for the development team to replicate the trouble that you have experienced in exactly the same manner that you describe, and the investigation would be deemed to be inconclusive.
I have made sure to submit all of your information to the development team, so that they could thoroughly conduct their investigation into this matter.
