LF PLD and WHM for late static (11pm CST)

Hello again!

Holidays are over and we've begun with the late night static but we're still missing a PLD and WHM.

We cleared T10 for the first time for most of us this week and we've begun with progression on T11. I don't anticipate it taking us long to be struggling on T12 for days at a time.

Our schedule is somewhat flexible, but the start time most days will be after 11pm CST. We try to raid for about 1.5-2 hours depending on people's stamina at that time of night. We get it - it's late.

What we expect:
1. Be consistent in both showing up and improving on a fight to fight basis. If you can't pay attention don't waste anyone's time.

2. Have TS3 and a mic.
We have the server, you just have to join and talk to us. Communication is crucial, especially with progression so this is non-negotiable.

3. Good attitude.
Not friendly? That's cool - but your attitude better come with some skills. If you're bad AND an asshole you don't have much of a chance here.

4. Able to accept criticism and have input for ways that everyone (including yourself) can improve.

Still looking for members! We plan to raid next Tomorrow (Wednesday, 1/7/2015) at 11pm CST. Clear T10 quickly hopefully and get some runs at T11.

Still looking for whm and pld interested in a perm. position. We two shot T10 this week, with the first one being an issue with the new healer doing things a little different. T11 practice is going.. OK. We're up to tethers pretty reliably and should make some progress there. Only had one days worth of practice, so that's not too bad imo. Next raid time set for Sun @ 11CST. We'll need 2 tanks a 1 WHM, so let me know!

What's the latest you guys can start?

Sorry for the late response, but we have a few people not in PST zone, so we will likely not be modifying the start time by much. 11-11:30 CST is probably as late as we'll go.
