Delay on registration code receival?

Hey so I bought a full version of the game last night the PC download kind off the square enix store with paypal. Right now its telling me that iv been charged but 12 hours later im still waiting on an email with some code so I can go from trial to retail.. am I looking at the wrong place or it just take VERY long for stuff online to go through
