WHM looking for afternoon static group

Hi, currently I am ilvl 113 WTM and due to unpredictable evening work schedule I am unable to dedicate to my FC's raid times. So I am looking for a static group that raids during the afternoon hours for me. So I can be a bit flexible with the start times but I am looking at around 11am to 3pm EST or 8am to 12pm PST.

The only days that may get iffy for availability are the weekends and even then, it is really only Sunday's. I have cleared up to T7, I have some experience with T8 and T9.
