Are Urianger minion and Sleipnir mount the only two exclusive items that can only be bought via the cash shop? I collect minions and mounts and am not even certain if those two are exclusive to shop only. Assuming they are, is there any other items on shop exclusive to shop? I'd like to know this even if the item is not a minion or mount. I know Fantasia is except ones given in past via special circumstance.

everything in the cash shop is exclusive to the cash shop.
The only exceptions are the Fantasia potion you get as a vet reward, and seasonal event items that were available during previous events. -
