Looking for someone to do the eternal bond quest with

I'm looking for someone to eternally bond (platinum plan) with. Reason is I want the 2 person chocobo mostly but since I'm paying for it might as well go all the way and get both the dresses.

My character Ilenia Nailo is a female miqo'te and is looking for another female miqo'te (might as well have a little fun with it). It doesn't matter what gender you are in real life. Doing this for the items but doesn't mean we can't be friends. If you want to hang out together after the ceremony, I am currently doing the nexus light farming quest mostly.
