Relic weapon quest 2.45

i have some question regarding the relic weapon quests. someone post a guide about the requirements about how to get the relic weapons but my question is, is this guide this guide https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...0A7tdskcw/edit
is for each weapon or total i need to collect ?

This is only for one weapon. If you want another set of the items you have to redo the whole process
