Wouldn't it make more sense for seasonal items to be only on sale during the season of the event, instead of all year around?
Such as the Halloween items are still listed on the cash shop.
If its on sale year around, then it would probably make more sense to give a limited time discount during the season of the event item.
This way it at least pushes some incentive for people to buy it by creating a sense of limited supplies.
