Pepita store- shipping issues, why?

I've been waiting since the NA store debuted..ordered a book and a shirt since i figured moogles would be in short supply. and finally after 6 phone calls and assurance by pepita staff that they will contact me instead of canceling my order, i receive an email stating my order's been cancelled.

i am very upset as the pepita staff changed their stories several times saying one time they were having shipping issues with SE even though i hadn't ordered a moogle, to that my order was caught up in billing.

I'm very upset as now i have to order again. please let us order through SE directly, I'm about to not mind the international shipping just for the peace of mind.

please address the problem that is pepita store as i know two other people who were given the run around the same and it ended up being cancelled.
