After following the instructions on Lodestone for the Fan Fest and purchasing the 1500 points + premium needed for the online ticket on the 12-19-2014 and watching the online stream at http://live.nicovideo.jp I have yet to receive my code for the Moogle attire via email.
What are the steps i can take and to confirm the I will gain this code.

Likewise. Ive also been waiting. Stream info said it would be delivered 5 days after the broadcast ended. Its been well past 5 days now.
I did mine through the Jp site. As the lodestone suggested. Have yet to receive and email from them. I read the twitch version of the stream would be in the persons twitch inbox. Kind of wish i went with that.

niconico has said they haven't bothered to send out codes for anyone who got the english stream and will get around to it at some stage
