Steps:
1.Accepted Quest from NPC Ourawann "Leves of Moraby"
2.Tried to activate it, but when clicking on the quest from both the HUD and the Journal, message reads "Unable to use map at this time"
3. The buttons "Initiate" and "Abandon" are both missing from the journal entry for this quest
4. I am unable to continue with this quest or abandon it
5. Main map function works as normal, as does the map function for other quests
