TANK Looking for early start FCoB static

I'm GMT+12/13 and most groups appear to start past midnight for me. I'm looking for a spot in a group (or other people to form a group) that wants to start around 4pm GMT+8 (8pm/9pm DST in my timezone). I would prefer weekend raiding (Fri, Sat, Sun) but other days will likely be manageable.

I'm not looking for an elitist group that wants to be the best, I want to raid with people who are there to enjoy the content at their own pace and have fun while doing so. I don't speak any Japanese, so would have to be a group that is comfortable talking in English.

I've beaten T9 and been to 10% in T10. I usually go WAR but don't mind doing PLD if needed.
