Maybe the real reason we're escorting him to Dragonhead is because he forgot his deck of cards at his mom's house.

ugh, I can't believe SE did this. They already had the job in-game already? and we have to pay for the expansion to play them? Honestly SE this is greedy on your end.

You're all only just realizing this now? I realized that as soon as they announced it. :p

And it makes me suspect this whole idea about them being 'class less' is because they are a class, and the 'Job' branding is actually just a poor translation (Astrologians look a lot like the traditional Time Mages from earlier FF games so having it as a class that upgrades to Time Mage would be a logical step.). But that idea is clearly heretical so I'm just going to make myself scarce before the Lodestone Inquisition arrests me. :p

Yes they've.. been in the game since v1.0 in that regard. Astrologian makes sense for the expansion given said expansion's also introducing Ishgard. IE: Their guild-city >.>
