Controller functions all wonky for the past week - really bad. (PC error)

Steps:
I was starting off doing my Moonlight celebration quests in The Mist when it started mildly. It got a bit worse when I was put into the Enemy Training Guildhest, and got much much worse when I got thrown into Halatali for my Low Level Roulette. This was on PC, and I was using an Xbox 360 Controller. This has been happening every time I've been playing for the past week or so. It's rendered the game for a PC Gamepad user such as I relatively unplayable. I can't find anything fun to do if I walk off the edge on Titan EX because my controller isn't working, and I can't do The Second Coil of Bahamut: Turn 4 either. I'm unable to do any content that I want to do because I can't control my character properly.

This only happens in FFXIV, it doesn't happen in any other games I use my controller in.
