Requirements for FC personal room?

Beside the 300K gils I really wonder what the per-requisites to have a room in the FC are. I also wonder how many items we can have and if we can invite friends over.

Max rank in your Grand Company is the other requirement. You can have up to 50 items in your room. You can set your room to locked or unlocked, only. In unlocked mode, anyone can enter.

...If the FC house is unlocked. If the FC house is locked, then people can't get to the entrance. This was discussed when the personal rooms were introduced. You need at least one level 50 character as well as 2nd Lieutenant in the GC. Read this link for more information.
